Who we are

CandiCerts is operated by Maher MHD Nabih Houri, an individual based in Doha, Qatar (“CandiCerts”, “we”, “us”). There is no separate company. You can reach us at support@candicerts.com.

Using CandiCerts

CandiCerts provides educational practice, explanations, glossary content, progress signals, and mock-exam tools. It is a study aid, not a guarantee of certification results or a substitute for official certification materials.

Accounts

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address; there is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address and to your account secure, and for using your own account. Do not share sign-in links or subscription access. We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect the service.

Subscriptions

Certification access is provided through the plan shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as the merchant of record for every purchase: it sells the subscription to you, processes the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, issues the receipt, and handles renewals and cancellations. Lemon Squeezy processes refunds. Our 7-day refund promise applies in addition to Lemon Squeezy's own terms and never reduces them. CandiCerts never collects or stores card details. Our 7-day refund promise: if CandiCerts is not useful to you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a certification track, no questions asked. One refund per track per account. Monthly renewals are not covered by the promise. A refund ends access to that certification track and cancels its subscription, which cannot then be resumed. The Refund Policy sets out how to ask, how the refund is issued, and what happens after a billing error, duplicate charge or outage.

Founding subscription price

The first 100 founding subscriptions pay $9/month per certification track for 12 months while the subscription stays active, then $19/month. If your subscription ends, the founding price ends. Resuming before the paid period ends keeps it. A refund or rejoin does not return a founding subscription, and rejoining (starting a new subscription after one has ended) pays the current price. The 100-subscription limit is applied at checkout by our payment provider.

Practice content and certification bodies

All questions, explanations, lessons, and glossary entries are original CandiCerts practice material written to the published exam objectives. CandiCerts does not provide real, recalled, or leaked exam questions and does not intentionally reproduce any official exam item.

CandiCerts is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PMI, CompTIA, ISC2, PeopleCert, AWS, Microsoft, ISACA, or any other certification body. Certification names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the learning objectives each study track covers.

Practice banks are curated and updated through reviewed content releases. Practice formats may not reproduce every interaction type, adaptive delivery, or performance-based item used in an official exam; where this matters for a certification, the study track says so.

Ask CandiCerts and AI-generated content

Ask CandiCerts is a text tutor. Messages you send to it, together with the study context in view (for example the certification, exam domain and the practice question on screen), are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply and are stored with your account so the conversation can continue. Explanations, lessons and study roadmaps are generated with AI from CandiCerts’ own material and reviewed through our content release process. AI answers can be wrong; treat them as study help, not as authoritative statements about an official exam. Spoken (voice) dialogue is not offered.

No guarantee of results

Scores, readiness estimates, and domain bands inside CandiCerts are study signals based on original practice material. They are not predictions of, and do not guarantee, your result on any official exam.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private learner data, upload unlawful material, or use CandiCerts to distribute exam dumps or recalled questions.

Reporting a problem

If a question or explanation looks wrong, use “Report a question issue” next to it or the general “Report an issue” action in the app. Reports are reviewed as part of our content release process.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. If a dispute cannot be settled by contacting us first, the courts of Doha, Qatar have jurisdiction. This does not take away any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live.
