How can we help?

Short answers to the questions learners ask most. Open a question to read the answer. If yours is not here, send us a message at the end of the page.

Account and sign-in

How do I create an account or sign in?

Go to Sign in, enter your email address and press “Send me a sign-in link”. Open the link in the email, or type the 6-digit code from the same email on that page. There is no password. The same page creates your account the first time and signs you in afterwards. In the installed CandiCerts app, use the code: the link opens in your browser, not in the app.

Creating an account and taking the diagnostic needs no card.

On how many devices can I be signed in?

Your account can be signed in on 2 devices at a time. Signing in on a third device signs out the one that signed in longest ago, and we tell you which one. You can see your devices and sign them out on Sign-in security (Account, Manage devices). We also email you when your account is signed in from a new device.

Can I use CandiCerts on my phone?

Yes. CandiCerts is a website that works on phones, tablets and computers; there is no app to install. Sign in from any browser with the same email address and your progress follows you.

Certifications and study

Which certifications can I study right now?

Open now: PMP, ITIL Foundation (Version 5), CompTIA Security+ (SY0-701), CISSP and PMI-CPMAI. The catalog always shows the current state.

What is included with a certification track?

A diagnostic assessment, a personal study plan, short lessons tied to the exam objectives (released domain by domain), adaptive practice with an explanation for every answer, Ask CandiCerts (a text tutor), Kill Mistakes (a retest on the questions you keep missing), a timed mock exam, and progress by domain. Available features can vary by certification. Each track is its own subscription, so your plan, practice history and mock results stay with one exam goal.

Are the questions real exam questions? Will I pass?

No. Every question is original CandiCerts practice material written to the published exam objectives; we do not use real, recalled or leaked exam questions. As for passing, no one can guarantee it: scores, readiness estimates and domain bands are study signals, not predictions of your result. Some official formats, such as performance-based, drag-and-drop or hotspot items and adaptive (CAT) delivery, are not simulated; where this matters, the certification page says so. See the Terms of Service.

What is Ask CandiCerts, and can it be wrong?

Ask CandiCerts is a text tutor on the study screens. It works from the certification, objective, lesson or question you are on. Ask it why an answer is right, why another is wrong, or for a worked example. Answers are generated with AI and can be wrong, so treat them as study help, not as official statements about an exam. Spoken (voice) conversation is not available.

How do I report a question that looks wrong?

Press “Report a question issue” next to the question, choose the kind of issue and describe what you expected (name the answer, not a letter: choices are shuffled). For anything else, use “Report an issue” in the top bar while signed in. You can follow your reports under Account, My reports.

Billing and refunds

How much does it cost, and how do I pay?

One certification, one monthly subscription, cancel anytime. $9/month for the first 100 founding subscriptions, locked for 12 months while active. Then $19/month. Cancel anytime. 7-day refund on your first payment per track. While founding subscriptions remain, the code FOUNDER100 is applied for you at checkout. Once the founding subscriptions are taken, new subscriptions are $19/month per certification track. The pricing page and checkout always show the current price. With a founding subscription, Lemon Squeezy's order page shows the full $19 price, but you pay the founding price of $9/month for 12 months while your subscription stays active.

You pay on Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record: the charge, receipts, renewals and refunds come from Lemon Squeezy. CandiCerts never sees or stores your card details.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Open Account and choose “Manage subscription” for the certification. This opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, where you can cancel, update your payment details or download invoices. After you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. If your subscription ends, the founding price ends. Resuming before the paid period ends keeps it.

Can I get a refund?

Not useful? Full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first payment for a certification track, no questions asked. One refund per track per account. Ask within 7 days of your first payment for a certification track (use the form below with the topic “Refund”, or email support@candicerts.com, from the email on your account and naming the certification), and we refund that first payment in full, no questions asked. If you subscribe to the same track again after a refund, that payment is not covered. A later monthly renewal is not covered by the promise.

When the payment is refunded, access to that certification track ends and the subscription is cancelled so it does not renew. A refunded subscription cannot be resumed. A refund does not return a founding subscription: if you subscribe again later, you pay the current price shown at that checkout.

Outside the promise (after those 7 days, for a track already refunded once, and for monthly renewals), payments already made are generally not refundable, including part-months. If a billing error, a duplicate charge or an outage stopped you from using a track you paid for, write to us and we will look at it. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5 to 10 business days. The Refund Policy has the full terms.

I paid but my certification is not unlocked.

After checkout you return to My certifications, which shows the purchase confirmation or a notice that the payment is still being confirmed. Wait a minute and reload the page. If it stays pending, write to us with the form below (topic “Billing and subscription”) using the email on your account, and include the Lemon Squeezy receipt if you have it.

Privacy and language

What data does CandiCerts keep, and is it used to train AI?

We keep what the service needs, including your email and sign-in records, the devices you sign in on (browser, approximate city and country), your progress, practice attempts and time per question, study goals, reports and messages you send us, your conversations with Ask CandiCerts, and your subscription status. When you use Ask CandiCerts or ask for an explanation, your text and the study context (the certification, the domain, the question on screen and a summary of your progress in that certification) are sent to our AI provider to write the reply. CandiCerts does not use your messages to train models and does not record audio. Lemon Squeezy handles payment details under its own policy. The Privacy Policy has the details and how long each record is kept.

How do I get a copy of my data or delete my account?

Write to us from the email address on your account (the form below, topic “Privacy and my data”, or support@candicerts.com) and ask for a copy of your attempts and progress, a correction, or deletion. These requests are handled by email; deleting an account is not self-service yet. See the Privacy Policy.

Can I use CandiCerts in Arabic?

Yes. Use the language switch, or add ?lang=ar to the address. The public pages, practice and the Ask CandiCerts panel switch to Arabic with a right-to-left layout. Some sign-in and account screens still show English labels. The Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are in English for now; the English text is the one that applies.
